1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VYRA ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the app.

2. Description of the Service

VYRA lets you upload or select reference images, extract prompts, generate or remix images using APIs, and optionally post them. Posted images are stored in your own Google Drive and may be shared via Google Drive's "anyone with the link can view" setting.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree that you will not:

• Use VYRA for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Upload content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, or infringing.
• Violate the rights of others, including privacy and intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the app or its infrastructure.

4. Ownership of Content

You retain ownership of the images and content you upload or create through VYRA, subject to the permissions you grant via Google Drive sharing settings. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights to any content you use.

5. Use of Google APIs and Third-Party Services

VYRA uses Google Sign-In, Google Drive, and may use third-party or Google AI APIs for image generation. Your use of these services is also governed by the respective providers' terms and policies (for example, Google Terms of Service and Google APIs Terms of Service).

6. No Guarantee of Availability

We do not guarantee that VYRA will always be available or error-free. The service may be interrupted, modified, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

VYRA is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation of the app, the accuracy of generated prompts or images, or the availability of third-party services used by the app.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of VYRA.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to VYRA at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may stop using the app at any time.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
